The total hours used by the three suppliers must not exceed 15 hours per week or 570 during the year. Children can attend Chudleigh Pre-School from the age of two. For children who are not eligible or who attend more than one recruitment and/or who exceed their highest right, the hours are paid above the aid. Providers have the right to charge parents and guardians for all hours of early retirement in the spring, as well as for additional services such as food. However, this must be clear in advance for parents and caregivers and clearly defined on the bill. Please consider your prospectus or pricing policy, which shows how the fees are charged. All parents whose children are eligible for funding must sign the Devon County Temporary Headcount Form to indicate the amount of their EYE application.
Parents are responsible for knowing the hours claimed by each provider. Chudleigh Pre-School must sign to say that we have a copy of each child`s birth certificate on hand and that we have seen the original. In addition to the current offer, some working parents are entitled to an additional 15 hours of early education and childcare for their 3- and 4-year-olds. This is called the extension of the authorization. For more information on eligibility criteria, visit our 30-hour child care page.
